The United Nations recognized the importance of contextually sexualised drug use (chemsex) risk reduction intervention into HIV-related responses. The UN encourage every nations to develop and integrating chemsex intervention into existing HIV service. This study aimed to assess the feasibility and acceptability of integrating harm reduction chemsex interventions into existing HIV services. This study focuses on HIV service provided by civil society organisations (CSOs). As well as, HIV clinics that formally appointed by Indonesian Ministry of Health.

This study is a response to emerging chemsex practices among men who have sex with men (MSM) and transwomen. As well as limited resources availability in the current HIV response in Indonesia.
